Delivery terms and conditions at Vai Vai

How long is your delivery time?
Our normal delivery times are 1-4 working days within Sweden. Orders placed on the weekend are normally shipped the following Monday. For international deliveries, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 weeks depending on the country and the size of the package.

How do I get my item delivered?
We use either PostNord or DHL. Pick up in store? Vai Vai Visby is centrally located at St. Hansgatan 28. If you have placed an order, you can pick up your item the same day, provided we are open. NOTE: Bring your ID card and order number. Only the person who placed the order can pick up the package with valid identification.

How much does shipping cost?
Within Sweden: For orders between 0-499 SEK, the shipping cost is 75 SEK. If you buy for more than 500 SEK, we offer the shipping. Outside Sweden: For orders to an address outside Sweden, the shipping cost is 250 SEK. For bicycles, the shipping cost is 1100 SEK within Sweden, for abroad we will get back with the price after purchase.

How do I know that my package has arrived, and where should I pick it up?
When your package is ready for collection, you will receive a text message to your provided mobile number. If you have not provided a mobile number, you will instead receive a notification by email or post. When you collect the package, you must provide the serial number and PIN code and show your ID document. Your message will also state where you can collect the package and what your agent's opening hours are.

How long will the package be there before I have to pick it up?
You have 14 days to collect your package after receiving your SMS notification. After that, the package will be returned to Vai Vai and we will be required to charge a handling fee for an unclaimed shipment, currently at least SEK 119.

For home delivery, how do I know when my package will arrive?
Before the goods are sent home, the shipment is notified by telephone and an agreement on a time for delivery is booked. All notifications are made by telephone.

Returns, complaints, exchanges, damaged goods and open purchases in our webshop

Returns:

You can return your goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving the goods back, unused and in their original packaging. There is no right of return or open purchase for assembled bicycles.

It is very important that you write a telephone number that we can reach you on during the day in case we have any questions regarding your return. In all communication about exchanges/returns/inquiries, do not forget to write your order number. Send your return as a postal package, not recommended. Write the order number on the outside of your return package as it can speed up the return processing.

Right of exchange:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for an exchange. Vai Vai is responsible for the shipping of the replacement item. If you have any questions about your item or your purchase, please call or email us. We will be happy to help you.

My package was damaged upon arrival – what do I do?
Vai Vai is responsible for products that are damaged or lost during delivery to the customer. When receiving the goods, it is important to check that the goods have not been damaged in transit. Report any transport damage directly to the delivery agent on site or contact us to resolve the problem afterwards.

What do I do if I want to complain about an item?
Vai Vai follows the Consumer Sales Act and the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for complaints. Only original defects are covered by the right to complain. The right to complain does not, for example, cover defects caused by normal wear and tear. Save the order confirmation as a receipt for your item. Contact us at Vai Vai by phone or email.

In the store we can reserve an item for you for a maximum of 3 days.

Vai Vai reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.

Vai Vai reserves the right to make any errors on this website. Vai Vai also reserves the right to make any items sold out. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. We always do our utmost to present the items as realistically as possible. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us in store.

Assortment
Vai Vai reserves the right to make changes to the range and has the right to remove items from the range before a purchase has been completed. Vai Vai also reserves the right to remove items that may be out of stock.

How does security work on vai-vai.se?
We comply with the security requirements that apply to payments and the handling of your data is encrypted according to SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). No card details are handled by us, but by Klarna and any other payment solutions. We comply with the Personal Data Act (PUL) and handle your personal data in accordance with it.
