A green rooibos with a taste of wonderfully aromatic yuzu fruit and exotic fruits.
Green rooibos, which is not fermented like the red variety, provides a milder and slightly fresher base with subtle notes of grass and honey. When combined with the tart and citrusy taste of the yuzu fruit, you get a balance between the soft, natural sweetness of the rooibos and the intense acidity and slightly floral character of the yuzu fruit. Together, it creates a complex and easy-going drink. Equally delicious hot or cold.
